Sometimes you'll have a meeting where the mood needs to be business plus a little something special. That something special, more often than not is creativity. You want the delegates to shine and come up with new ideas and funnily enough creative name tags might just help.

Why would the name badge make a difference? Well, it's all about mind set. If the participants to your meeting turn up ready for a working day in the same dress and with the same attitude they're not ripe for creative thinking. If you then give them the same dull vinyl nametag holder, black and white with a sensible and cheap plastic tag... when you might even find led name tags or animated name tags.

Sometimes all it takes is a little change and the mindset can be shifted. Colored engraved plastic name tags might do the trick - people might start wondering what the different colors mean (when in fact they might mean nothing!). But they've noted a difference straight away, and the meeting's set off on the right foot.

Of course, it can be a simple thing done in house, like a smiley face logo printed out with the name tag. Or you could go all out and have an amusing magnetic nametag holder that delegates may even want to keep!
